I have tried Weight Watchers, Accu pressure, diet pills and even starvation diets. I have tried everything you can think of to lose weight.

I called Dr Angela Courtneys office and set up an appointment. I was a little nervious, but I went in. I figured what did I have to lose? So, I went in and got set up with everything I needed to succeed. I went home, and started the program the next day.

It was a little tough, the first week, but when I went back for my first weigh in and saw I lost 9 pounds, it was so worth it. I was encouraged by the staff and my family.
